LOS ANGELES, CA, May 15, 2025 — GOSKATE, a global leader in skateboarding education, is marking Go Skate Day 2025 with a series of free public events and a major update to its online skatepark directory. On June 21, GOSKATE will host free master classes in Seattle, Toronto, and St. Petersburg, Florida, led by certified instructors with years of experience.
The initiative highlights GOSKATE’s commitment to promoting skateboarding culture, supporting local communities, and making the sport more accessible.
Free Skateboarding Master Classes
GOSKATE will lead free sessions at the following locations:
Seattle, WA – Veteran instructor Gabriel Maloy will host a master class at Lake City Skatepark at 2:00 p.m. With 18 years of teaching experience, Maloy has coached hundreds of students in Seattle and neighboring cities including Bellevue, Shoreline, and Kirkland.
Toronto, ON (Markham) – Instructor Mohammad Fazli will welcome skaters of all skill levels at Markham Centennial Skatepark (McCowan Rd & Bullock Dr) at 2:00 p.m. Fazli is known across the Greater Toronto Area for his inclusive and engaging teaching style.
St. Petersburg, FL – Florida native Benjamin Pedigo will lead a free lesson at St. Petersburg Skatepark at 1:00 p.m., offering guidance to riders of all ages and backgrounds.
Each event will feature GOSKATE-branded gear, free merchandise giveaways, and opportunities for community members to meet and learn from seasoned skaters.
Expanding the Global Skatepark Network
In addition to its Go Skate Day programming, GOSKATE has announced the expansion of its global skatepark directory. The platform now includes more than 7,000 new listings, offering skaters around the world improved access to verified skatepark locations.
