SAN CLEMENTE, CALIFORNIA — USA Surfing has officially announced Hoag as the title sponsor for the 2025 USA Surfing Championships, set to take place June 22–26, 2025, at Lower Trestles — the site of the upcoming LA28 Olympic surfing competition.
Widely regarded as the “Super Bowl of youth surfing,” the USA Surfing Championships at Lower Trestles showcases the nation’s top under-18 surfers. These elite athletes earn their place by advancing through regional competitions on the East Coast, West Coast, and in Hawaii. Winners will claim national titles and spots on USA Surfing’s Junior National Team—a critical step toward Olympic dreams and professional careers.
Past champions of this prestigious event include some of the sport’s biggest names. Caroline Marks, 2024 Olympic gold medalist, holds the record for the most titles won at this event, making her a standout example of the competition’s impact.
