Andi Eigenmann Places Sixth at Queen of the Point Siargao Surfing Competition

Siargao, Philippines — Actress-turned-surfer Andi Eigenmann continues to make waves—literally—after finishing sixth in the Queen of the Point Surfing Competition held at the renowned Cloud 9 break in Siargao.

The Siargao-based celebrity shared her excitement on Instagram, posting photos of herself catching waves and celebrating her performance in the finals.

“Stoooked! Made my first ever finals at Queen of the Point — Cloud 9! Placed 6th! Yiiw!” she wrote. “Grateful beyond words to share the lineup with such powerful, inspiring women both from Siargao and from other parts of the world.”

Eigenmann expressed her appreciation to the event organizers and gave special recognition to Carla Zamora for creating a space that, she said, “celebrates sisterhood, strength, and the beauty of women’s surfing.”

She also thanked her fiancé, professional surfer Philmar Alipayo, for his unwavering support throughout the competition.

“Another special thanks to Philmar for lending his surfer hat to me and Lilo for this weekend, and supporting us throughout — as the designated driver, surf coach, photo and videographer, stuff carrier, feeder, water guy, cheerleader!” she added.

Since relocating to Siargao in 2017, Eigenmann has actively pursued her passion for surfing, often sharing her progress and beachside life on social media.

She and Alipayo got engaged in 2020 and have two children together, Lilo and Koa. Eigenmann is also the mother of Ellie, her daughter with actor Jake Ejercito.
