Final Round of No TXT No Wrecks Victorian Junior Surfing Titles Hits Phillip Island

The 2025 No TXT No Wrecks Victorian Junior Surfing Titles will reach its conclusion this weekend as the third and final round takes place at Phillip Island.

More than 80 young surfers from across Victoria will compete in the event, which will determine six state champions. The competition has already visited some of Victoria’s top surf spots and now finishes at one of the state’s most iconic locations.

“We are excited to bring the final round to Phillip Island,” said event organisers. “The region regularly hosts the Rip Curl GromSearch and has previously held Australian Titles, making it the ideal place to name our State Champions and finalise the Victorian State Team.”

Known for its quality waves, Phillip Island is expected to provide excellent conditions for the competitors. Organisers are looking forward to seeing the top junior surfers battle it out for state titles.

Among the athletes to watch are Ava Holland (U18 Girls, Mornington Peninsula), Jarvis Barrow (U18 Boys, Jan Juc), Kato Mogi (U16 Boys, Jan Juc), Chloe Muscroft (U16 Girls, Jan Juc), Estella Carbonelli (U14 Girls, Jan Juc), and Dusty Rayner (U14 Boys, Inverloch).

The event will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday, with the opening call set to be made at Smiths Beach. The finals are expected to wrap up on Sunday afternoon.
