One Surfer to Win 30 Days of Perfect Waves at URBNSURF in Sydney or Melbourne.
In celebration of its 25th anniversary, SurfAid has partnered with wave park operator URBNSURF to offer one surfer an extraordinary opportunity: 30 consecutive days of perfect surf during “World’s Best Surf Month” this September.
The giveaway is part of SurfAid’s Make A Wave challenge, a global campaign that encourages surfers to ride waves every day in September while raising funds for communities in remote surf regions. The winner will receive a full-access pass to URBNSURF in either Sydney or Melbourne, where they can surf over 400 high-quality waves across the month.
To enter, surfers must submit a 60-second video explaining their passion for surfing, what the challenge means to them, and how they plan to creatively document their experience in the wave pool.
SurfAid, a non-profit dedicated to improving health, resilience, and well-being in remote communities connected through surfing, believes the partnership with URBNSURF is a perfect fit. While the organization’s roots are in isolated, hard-to-reach surf breaks, it acknowledges that not all surfers have easy access to quality waves.
“This giveaway is a rare chance for one surfer to experience perfect waves every single day for a month,” said SurfAid CEO Doug Lees. “Mother Nature doesn’t always cooperate, and surfing for 30 days straight in the ocean can be tough. That’s why this opportunity at URBNSURF is so special.”
Lees added that the partnership not only provides an unforgettable experience but also supports a greater cause. “The winner will surf for more than just fun. They’ll help bring clean water, healthcare, and nutritious food to remote surf communities that need it most.”
The winner will be expected to surf daily throughout September and actively share their experience on social media. Judges will evaluate entries based on creativity, storytelling, and enthusiasm for surfing.
